Humans have dominated the Earth for so many years. How could another civilization rise? So, in the minds of most people, there won't be two civilizations on Earth. Even aliens would have to hide. As the saying goes, when it comes to the earth, if you are a dragon, you have to coil up; if you are a tiger, you have to lie down. Only by keeping your tail between your legs can you live a long life. I am also convinced of this point. But here comes the question: If the evolution of animals is likely to threaten human safety, then if the machines made by humans evolve, will they not pose a threat to human safety? In this regard, many people are divided into two camps. One group believes that artificial intelligence is to help humanity, while the other group is worried about the future of artificial intelligence. Intelligent robot

It is understandable that the former is because currently, artificial intelligence technology is proactive in various fields, helping humans accomplish impossible, unwilling, and difficult tasks. At this stage, artificial intelligence is not yet perfect and can take on various forms, serving people in every corner of society. The latter, however, is not concerned about the present. They also admit that artificial intelligence technology is advanced and scientific. What they are worried about is that in the future, artificial intelligence robots will develop self-awareness and even be beyond human control, leading to all the consequences. They are afraid that they will do things that harm humans.
I think these concerns mainly stem from the plots in science fiction movies. Although the behavioral norms and guidelines for artificial intelligence robots have not yet been fully clarified, this is related to whether they exist or not. For instance, since the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the laws in our country have been constantly improved. With the development of technology, when artificial intelligence technology reaches a certain level, relevant laws will be introduced. In fact, there are already such regulations now, mainly for the manufacturers of artificial intelligence robots. Even the directors and screenwriters in movies can think of the three iron laws of robots. In the real society, there are so many capable people. How could one not think of this floor?
Whether now or in the future, the more advanced the magic, the more advanced the magic. This statement will always hold true because there are always police officers by our side to protect us, safeguarding our basic safety and rights. Only in a good and fair environment can this society function normally. So, I'm not worried at all about the future of artificial intelligence robots. The consciousness of artificial intelligence robots is also input from humans. As long as humans are not bad and the engineers, scientists and experts who make artificial intelligence robots are not evil, the robots will not be evil. Even in today's society, robots have no self-awareness. Aren't Americans also prepared to use robots against humans?
So, it's not that when robots awaken, they will wipe out human civilization. It's that humans themselves want to take action against their own people. This has nothing to do with artificial intelligence robots. The San Francisco City Council passed a bill, agreeing to authorize the San Francisco Police Department to use "lethal robots" in extreme circumstances. In other words, they authorized the police to use robots to remotely kill suspects when there were no other options. This highly controversial decision was immediately severely criticized by protesters across the country. Politicians, advocates and protesters held a press conference and demonstration in front of San Francisco City Hall, strongly resisting the police's use of "deadly robots".
At present, artificial intelligence robots are still just tools for humans, just like shovels. You can use them to do good deeds to plant trees, and you can use them to do bad deeds to chop people. We can't attribute evil thoughts to a shovel, can we? So, up to now, I still positively support the development of artificial intelligence technology. I believe that the future of artificial intelligence is not only something that China needs to consider, but also that people all over the world need to take into account. As mentioned earlier, humans will never allow two civilizations to exist on Earth. Now, when it comes to artificial intelligence robots, will you allow them to become another civilization?
