Where are the automatic weighing and packaging machines applicable

When the weighing and packaging machine malfunctions, mainly maintain the feeding buffer device, ensure uniform central feeding, and check the tension state of the screen. For each shift, the bearings of the vibrating screen must be lubricated regularly and filled with molybdenum disulfide (high-temperature resistant) grease. The oiling cycle is once per shift. Check the tension of the V-belt and the tightness of the bolts and fasteners. Check and record the motor current under overload conditions. Check and record the inertial state of the vibrating screen when it stops. Check if the screen is worn out. After replacing the sieve, check the sieve to see if the weighing and packaging machine is tight. Also, check if there is a 5-8mm gap between the sieves.

How to correctly install the vibrating screen into the packaging: Before installing the vibrating screen, first confirm whether the parts are complete and damaged according to the packing list. The weighing and packaging machines were repaired. If the vibrator is more than six months away from the product, it must be disassembled, cleaned, reassembled and replaced with clean grease on the delivery date. The foundation must have sufficient rigidity and strength to support all the dynamic and static loads of the vibrating screen.

The exciter and the screen body should be connected by high-strength connecting bolts. As the vibrating screen body is in a vibrating state under alternating loads, the nuts of the high-strength bolts are prone to come out and be cut, which may lead to unexpected results. Therefore, after the machine stops every day, the conditions of the high-strength bolts and the screen body should be carefully inspected one by one. The weighing and packaging machines are custom-made. If the nut is loose, it must be tightened immediately. Cracks in the screen and the crossbeam of the vehicle body should be dealt with in a timely manner. The bolts must be tightened to the specified torque.
