Not made of rags

The four corner devices are driven to move up and down by four cylinders, which can ensure smooth feeding without material overflow. If the feeding is not smooth due to reasons such as long storage time, start the vibrating motor to complete the feeding smoothly. After long-term inspection by Jia Hua, no peeling material has been found in magnesia-carbon bricks and fired bricks.

Non-segregation

While the fabric is weighed from the conveyor belt to the weighing fabric hopper, the fabric hopper is made to move back and forth through the transmission mechanism, which can make the powder sand inside the fabric hopper flat. Layer-by-layer laying can prevent the accumulation of quicksand, thus avoiding the occurrence of segregation. Even the preorder segregation can be alleviated.

High precision

During the material distribution process from the autonomous conveyor belt to the material distribution hopper, there is usually a small amount of brick-pressing material left. Then, the Jiahua material distribution robot will precisely feed a small amount of material slowly through the precise feeding device to ensure that the feeding accuracy required for brick-pressing is met.
